Signature Preview:
Gmail Instructions
IMPORTANT: Before you begin, make sure that you don't have Plain text mode enabled.
- After you have filled out the form and clicked the "Generate Signature" button, a preview of your new email signature will appear in the section labeled "Signature Preview".
- Click anywhere inside the "Signature Preview" area. This will set the focus to the iframe.
- Use the keyboard shortcut for "Select All". On Windows, this shortcut is Ctrl + A. On macOS, the shortcut is Cmd + A. This should highlight all the content in the iframe.
- Use the keyboard shortcut for "Copy" to copy the content to your clipboard. On Windows, this shortcut is Ctrl + C. On macOS, the shortcut is Cmd + C.
- Navigate to Gmail and paste your new signature. Go to Settings > See all settings > General > Signature, click on Create new, then paste your signature in the provided box. On Windows, the "Paste" shortcut is Ctrl + V. On macOS, the shortcut is Cmd + V.
Apple Mail

- Open Apple Mail and go to Mail > Preferences > Signatures.
- Click the + button to add a new signature.
- Uncheck the Always match my default message font option.
- Paste your signature in the provided box. On Windows, the "Paste" shortcut is Ctrl + V. On macOS, the shortcut is Cmd + V.
